Happy Friday,

It took me 4 product launches to finally prep properly.

Before, I rushed - chasing channels, skipping positioning, and diving into to-dos.

This time, I started with a story buyers could actually relate to.

I found that story by:

  • Gathering early social proof

  • Using call recordings + GetWhys for messaging

  • Digging into our founder’s origin story

  • Blocking off mornings for deep work

Only then did we roll out channels, tactics, and enablement (including a Custom GPT to answer launch questions internally).
