Happy Friday,

I’ve caught myself multiple times spending 10+ minutes deciding whether to do a 2-minute task manually or with Claude.

Should it be a prompt? A skill? A Claude Code script (Routines now?).

I don’t think I’m alone here; a lot of people I talk to in tech are feeling this way right now.

That means your buyers are probably stuck in the same loop. They're not just evaluating you. They're evaluating:

  • Build with AI vs. buy a tool at all

  • How to cut a 15-vendor shortlist to 3

  • Which of 30+ daily AI outbound emails is worth 90 seconds

By the time they get to your solution, they're exhausted. A vague, hype-y message saying your agents can now do their entire job may not be helping.

Don't add to the cognitive load. Pick one specific buyer problem and make the answer to "is this for me?" obvious.

I'll be digging into this topic more with Sarah McConnell from Qualified and Stefano Iacono from 6Sense at Reachdesk's first-ever Pattern Break.
