Happy Friday,

Public pricing doesn’t have to be all or nothing.

In our 2025 Buyer First Report, buyers told us they don’t need exact numbers - they just want some idea. As Mary Batchelder put it:

“I really like being able to do the internal math to just make sure we’re not wasting each other’s time. Just have ranges.”

Or as Jonathan Pipek and Aanchal Parmar commented:

See examples of buyer-first pricing - from hinting to full transparency.

You don’t need to go full PostHog overnight. But if buyers don’t see pricing, they’ll assume the worst.
