When we talk about removing friction, we usually think of product friction (making it easy to get started) or buyer friction (giving buyers the information they need).
What about emotional friction? The fear a buyer may have around what it’s like to actually use this product.
Ex: Before a webinar being nervous about camera quality or sharing your screen.
